Payment and Pricing

All prices are current and may be subject to change in the future. The individual and total price for your order is calculated at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

Vintage by Ebba offers the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

Stripe provides secure and smooth payments via Apple Pay, Klarna and card payments.

Payment terms are also specified at checkout under each payment option.

Delivery and Returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard delivery UPS – shipped with tracking from Italy

Standard delivery PostNord – shipped with tracking from Sweden

99 SEK for deliveries to Sweden and within the EU. Delivery is usually within 7 business days, but no later than 30 days from the date Vintage by Ebba has confirmed your order, to the nearest UPS pickup point, unless otherwise stated. A tracking number will be sent via email once the package is on its way.

Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of 350 SEK.

Delivery terms are also specified at checkout under each delivery option. If nothing else is stated, a delivery time of 7 days applies. If an item has a different delivery time, this will be indicated on the product page.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. However, there may be situations that make it impossible to complete the order, for example if our supplier or shipping partner cannot fulfill their obligations to us.

We reserve the right to exempt Vintage by Ebba from any compensation to customers regarding delivery delays.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to Distansavtalslagen “distance selling regulations”, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item.

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly packed by us. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it reaches us in the same condition as when you received it. Tags and seals must remain attached, and the item must be unused.

Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. The return must be packed in the original packaging, in the same way as when you received it.

Before making a return, please email us and we will provide you with the return address.

Complaints

All items are vintage and are therefore sold in their existing condition. This means that Vintage by Ebba does not accept any complaints. Please make sure to carefully review all items before purchasing.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid for the item as soon as possible, or no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned item.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the item back.

Authenticity Guarantee

An authenticity guarantee applies to all items where this is stated in the product description.

This means that if an item proves to be anything other than 100% authentic, you as a customer are entitled to a full refund.

In such cases, you must provide valid written proof that the item is not 100% authentic, as well as return the item along with a receipt, order confirmation, or delivery note.

We will then use this as evidence against the party who sold the item to us.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after we have received the item.

Privacy Policy

When placing an order with Vintage by Ebba, you will need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business in order to fulfill our agreement with you.

According to applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or deleted.

Betalning och priser

Alla priser är dagsaktuella och kan komma att ändras i framtiden. Individuellt och aktuellt totalpris för din beställning summeras i kassan, inklusive eventuella avgifter för frakt och betalning, samt moms.

Vintage by Ebba erbjuder följande betalsätt:

    Stripe erbjuder trygga och smidiga betalningar med Apple Pay, Klarna och kortbetalning.

Villkor för betalning anges även i kassan under respektive betalningsalternativ.

Leveranser och returer

Vi erbjuder följande leveransmetoder:

  • Standardleverans UPS - skickas spårbart från Italien

  • Standardleverans PostNord - skickas spårbart från Sverige

    99 SEK för leveranser till Sverige och inom EU. Leverans vanligtvis inom 7 arbetsdagar, men aldrig senare än 30 dagar från att Vintage by Ebba bekräftat din order, till närmsta UPS utlämningsställe, om inte annat anges. Spårningsnummer skickas ut via mejl när paketet är på väg.
    Vid ej uthämtat paket debiteras kunden en avgift på 350 SEK

Villkor för leverans anges även i kassan under respektive leveranssätt. Om inget anges gäller 7 dagars leveranstid. Om en artikel har avvikande leveranstid står det angivet vid respektive artikel. Om leveransförsening uppstår meddelar jag dig detta genom e-post. Du som kund har alltid rätt att häva köpet vid leveransförseningar. Jag kommer att göra allt jag kan för att fullfölja din beställning. Det kan finnas tillfällen som gör det omöjligt att fullfölja beställningen, exempelvis då min leverantör eller speditör inte kan fullfölja deras åtagande till mig. Jag förbehåller mig rätten att friskriva Vintage by Ebba från all ersättning till kund gällande leveransförseningar.

Returer och öppet köp

Enligt distansavtalslagen har du som kund rätt att ångra ditt köp inom två veckor från dagen du får hem varan. Returer sker på din egen bekostnad utom om artikeln är defekt eller om vi har packat fel. Vid retur är du som kund ansvarig att varan kommer fram till oss i samma skick som när du fick hem den, plombering/ prislapp ska sitta kvar och varan ska vara oanvänd. Returer ska skickas som brev eller paket, inte mot postförskott. Returen ska vara packad i originalkartong, på samma sätt som du när du fick hem den.
Vid retur ska du först mejla mig, så skickar jag ut returneringsadressen till dig.

Reklamation

Alla varor är vintage, därför säljs de i befintligt skick. Det betyder att Vintage by Ebba inta tar emot några reklamationer. Var därför noga med att kolla igenom varorna innan köp.

Återbetalning

Om du nyttjar din ångerrätt betalar vi tillbaka vad du har betalat för artikeln snarast eller senast inom 30 dagar från den dag då vi tog emot artikeln. Du får själv betala returkostnaderna när du sänder tillbaka artikeln.

    Äkthetsgaranti

    Äkthetsgaranti gäller på alla varor där detta anges i beskrivningen.
    Det betyder att om en vara skulle visa sig vara något annat än 100% äkta har du som kund rätt till full återbetalning.
    Vid detta fall behöver du skicka in giltigt skriftligt bevis på att varan inte är 100% äkta, samt varan och kvitto, orderbekräftelse eller följesedel.
    Vi kommer då använda detta som bevismaterial mot de som sålt varan till oss.

    Återbetalning sker så snabbt som möjligt men inte senare än 30 dagar efter den dag vi mottagit varan.

Integritetspolicy

När du lägger din beställning hos Vintage by Ebba behöver du uppge vissa personuppgifter. I samband med din beställning godkänner du att vi lagrar och använder dina uppgifter i min verksamhet för att fullfölja avtalet gentemot dig. Du har enligt personuppgiftslagen (PUL) rätt att få den information som vi har registrerat om dig. Om den är felaktig, ofullständig eller irrelevant kan du begära att informationen ska rättas eller tas bort. Kontakta oss i så fall via e-post.
